All services must be paid in full before work is started on the customers shoes.

Not all shoes will yield brand new results, but Re4med shoe cleaning service will always attempt to recreate brand new, original quality and detail. Re4med shoe cleaning services is not obligated to refund service fees for unsatisfactory work.

Shipping cost is covered by the customer both ways. Please ship shoes ONLY. Shoe box AND accessories are NOT needed. This helps preserve space for more shoes and saves you money on shipping cost. Re4med shoe cleaning service is not responsible for mishaps during transit with the shipping company.

If shoes are not picked up by customer within 14 days after being contacted that your order is completed the customer gives Re4med shoe cleaning service the right to dispose of owners property.

Any turnaround times given are estimations and not concrete. Re4med shoe cleaning service  will do everything possible to complete orders, but life does happen, even to our staff. If you are looking for expedited services, please ask us about our express options. Quality of work is more important to us than quantity of work.
